Terms of service

By enrolling in Apex Swimmers Swim Academy, you agree to the following terms: All lessons must be booked with a minimum of two lessons paid in advance to confirm scheduling, and if you wish to maintain a regular weekly lesson time, a minimum of two lessons’ payment must always remain on file. Payments are non-transferable and must be made prior to the scheduled lesson. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be received at least 48 hours before your scheduled lesson; if less than 48 hours’ notice is provided, the lesson will be considered forfeited and no refund or complimentary makeup will be issued. In rare cases, Apex Swimmers may substitute instructors or adjust lesson times to ensure the continuity of service. All parents or legal guardians of minors, as well as students aged 18 or older, are required to sign a consent and waiver form prior to lessons. By signing, you acknowledge that swimming involves inherent risks, and you agree not to hold Apex Swimmers, its instructors, or the pool owners/operators liable for injuries, accidents, or property damage, except in cases of gross negligence. Students and parents are expected to follow all pool rules, instructor directions, and safety guidelines. Failure to do so may result in immediate removal from lessons without refund. Apex Swimmers reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
